If you are feeling overwhelmed, worn out, cold or just want a friendly chat, help is at hand at The Salvation Army in Saffron Walden every Wednesday from 11 am to 2:30 pm. They can put a referral through to us and we will call you to arrange collection or delivery of your food parcel, discuss your circumstances and refer or signpost you to further support.
