It’s that time of year when churches and schools have their harvest festivals. Apart from Christmas it.s probably our busiest time of year. We’re out and about doing assemblies to small wriggling children and giving talks to church congregations who hopefully don’t wriggle quite so much. It’s a very important time of year for us as it gives us the opportunity to get out into our community and talk to people who may know about us, have misconceptions about us, are interested in us, or maybe have never heard of us. We also work hard to ensure that collections on our behalf are focused towards the things we need so we get a really good mix of donations that help top us up before the Christmas crazies start.
